- All bookings are subject to confirmation based on staff availability and physical assessments.
- Owners must disclose any aggressive behavior or special medical conditions before the scheduled service.
- Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to prevent a ban.
- No-shows may result in permanent account suspension.
- Final billing adjustments may apply depending on the condition, temperament, and coat state of the pet.
- All information supplied on the booking sheet must remain accurate and up to date.
